We at CELL Bikes want you to know that we stand behind our products and if you need to return something, we will make it as EASY and painless as possible. Have complete Peace of Mind. We make it simple, straightforward, no ‘bs’, and no ‘run-around’. As long as anything you wish to return is unused and in its original packaging, and is in resellable condition with proof of purchase, we’ll refund you the price of the item when you bought it, all you need to do is pay for the shipping back to us. Change Your Mind? Need a Different Size? Exchange or Store Credit
If you need to exchange for a different size, colour, etc, we are more than happy to do so, or alternatively, you can exchange for another product of the same or lesser value. Merchandise returned for exchange or store credit must be unused and in a resellable condition with packaging intact and all labels etc. returned with the product. We only require proof of purchase. Too Easy!

Received an item that is faulty?
We offer warranty and/or consumer guarantee on our products. If you receive a faulty product from us, please create a customer service case on our website. For issues minor and major, we will require you to return the faulty product to us for inspection. For minor product faults, we can choose to:

Minor issues include manufacturing faults which lead to the product being only partially functional and is repairable within a reasonable timeframe.
Major issues are when the product is unfit for purpose and non-repairable.
Obviously warranty and/or the consumer guarantee only apply to manufacturing issues and reasonable use. Inappropriate/unreasonable or faulty installation by customer is not covered.
Proof of purchase
In line with warranty/consumer guarantee obligations, the customer must produce proof of purchase (such as your order number or tax invoice number, which can be found under the 'My Account' section of the website.
We will endeavour to resolve any issues within a reasonable time frame. Inspection, repairs and/or replacements may be carried out by either Cell Bikes or the respective supplier.
Please allow for up to 2 weeks for us to forward faulty goods to the supplier for inspection for inspection and subsequent solution.
If the item is indeed found to be faulty, we will happily cover shipping from and to the customer.

If the product you are returning is part of a special offer, the associated items must also be returned. Alternatively, you can opt to have the full cost of the additional item subtracted from your refund.
Any return may void a multiple purchase discount that you have received.
