| 21/6/2017 4:01 PM Maxxis Refuse Folding Tyre by Astroboy I used to get at least 1 puncture a week, after purchasing the Maxxis Refuse Tyre I got my first puncture after 7 months. Very happy with the price & feel. I enjoy the rides more now as I'm not just looking 20 meters in front so as to avoid debris & glass on the road. I recommend this product.

| 4/2/2017 1:54 PM Maxxis 700x23 @700x25 Folding Road Tyres by KEVIN - verified purchaser First time user of this name as I have always used another brand but for the price I decided to try. Early days yet but so far no complaints as for recreation riding I do not notice any difference as to handling rolling resistance or road feel at 90psi front & 110psi rear. Time will tell as I was doing about 5000k/m before with the odd puncture. I only buy online from Cell Bikes as I find there prices and delivery service excelent
| 5/1/2017 9:52 AM My 1997 Lemond Tourmalet looks great thanks to Cell Bikes quick delivery by Kemo - verified purchaser I couldn't have been more happy with how this purchase went down. Picked up a set of 1996 Giant Rigida rims with mix/match rubber & wanted a blue set of tyres to match my Lemond single speed build project. I checked out a few sites, kept on coming back to Cell Bikes & placed the order sometime in the afternoon................well blow me down the tyres arrived before 10am the next day - and I live in the Blue Mountains, so not exactly close to the Cell Bikes.I have used the Maxxis Refuse Folding tyre before & have had great wear out of them - for the $ I can't fault them. Cheers Kemo
| 13/11/2016 8:21 PM Sydney Commuter by Matt - verified purchaser Bought these to replace a set of Gatorskins that had done 3500k. Run them at max pressure of 120psi and have done about 250k on these ones. Even though they are at full pressure they have some give in them which takes a bit of getting used to, I keep checking to make sure they aren't going soft.Compared to the Gatorskins, I feel a lot more confident going into corners at speed as they seem to roll smoothly into the corners and the grip feels solid. Absolutely poured down last week and they didn't twitch a bit in the wet.Super easy to get on the wheels and look great. Highly recommended.

| 10/8/2016 8:52 AM Best all round tyres by RobWoozle - verified purchaser I've ridden with these tyres for 2 or three years now (not the same set) and they are fantastic. I clock up about 300km per week in all weather and they never let me down. I think I've had maybe 3 flat tyres in the last 8 months and that's pretty good when you consider the road surfaces around here.I would advise strongly for getting the folding version as the other one (wire bead?) are almost impossible to mount on the rim. These tyres cost about a third of a G****skin, are tougher and seem to roll just as well for commuting and training.
| 1/3/2016 6:19 PM Maxxis Refuse Re Awesome by Damo - verified purchaser This is the third set of these tyres I have bought and I will buy more. These are great long lasting training and long ride tyres. As their name suggests they refuse to get punctured, on average it has taken at least 2000 ks before they come close to puncturing. I had no punctures in the last set before replacing them with this current set. They are a little spongy initially due to the thicker riding surface but this is easily accomadated if you know its coming. I will buy them again and reccomend you buy them as well.

| 5/3/2015 1:06 PM Neverending tyres by 521KJA - verified purchaser I have just rotated my tyres after 4,000kms and expect to get another 4,000km out of them! I hate to tempt fate but I am also puncture free 4,000km in. Great value for money and the most durable tyres I have used.
| 11/10/2014 6:45 PM maxxis refuse 700x23 review by Creeping Jesus - verified purchaser Great tyre for training. This is my third pair, the previous pairs lasted approx 5000km. Good price offering excellent value for money. Only down side are they're difficult to fit over the rim.
| 25/8/2014 10:02 PM Folding convenience by Coffee man Essentially these tyres are great because you can carry one on a long ride in your jersey pocket. Just right for that slashed tyre! They are also easier to got back on the rims too!
| 13/8/2014 7:07 AM Great Tyres by Fat Boy Again fantastic service from Cell Bikes. I've been using these tyres for years now and canfully recommend them. I get about 8000k and they are really puncture proof evenon very poor country roads.
