| 20/9/2016 10:50 AM 99% Nice by Chicinho - verified purchaser The only negative 1% is for the courier just leaving the box in reception in my office. But once out of the box and built the bike is immaculate. Handles extremely well and while an aggressive geometry I've found it very forgiving although I had my cyclocross road racing tuned previously even though I use it mainly as a commuter. Effortless gliding on flats and lesser hills.5 minutes tweaking with the gears and they were fully aligned - H & L gears were both rubbing badly initially but a little bit of tension twisting and a twist of the screw driver and voila. Highly recommend the bike to anyone
| 28/8/2016 9:05 PM Great Value and Great Bike by Melbourne Peninsula Cyclist - verified purchaser I've been cycling for 24 years and had a total of 6 different road bikes from cro-moly, aluminium to carbon fiber. After a lot of research I've decided to buy my 7th bike, a CELL Omeo 1.0 due to its price, frame technology components, the Mavic wheels that was offered at this price and the lifetime warranty.I placed the order on the Tuesday evening and it was delivered at 7:26am on the Friday. The setup was very easy, just fit the front wheel, handle bars, seat post and your own peddles. You don't even need to set the gears or breaks.I took my new Cell Omeo 1.0 for a ride on Saturday and Sunday with a total of 156km for the weekend. What I can tell any prospective buyers is that you will not be disappointed. I am very happy with the general feel, handling, climbing speed, flat speed and the look of this machine. You will feel like a million dollars on the Omeo 1.0 and I recommend this to any cyclist who is in the market for a great bike at a great price.Well done Cell Bikes!!!
| 30/10/2014 2:06 PM Perfect by John - verified purchaser My wife bought me this bike as a surprise (she is awesome). Firstly the customer service from Cell was outstanding. Secondly, after riding an alloy flatbar road bike, the Omeo 1.0 is perfect. Climbing the hills is easier (especially around royal national park), it is very smooth on the flats and super fast down the hills. The Ultegra groupset works very well, shifting is smooth and breaking is great. I would recommend this bike to anyone.
| 3/10/2014 6:13 PM Excellent by Ash - verified purchaser I don't think you could ask for anything better. Full carbon with Ultegra group set. When it turned up all I had to do was put on the bars, drop the seat in and put on the front wheel. Thanks Cell for making good cycling affordable. I would and have been recommending Cell to everyone.
| 22/9/2014 11:48 AM Beautiful ride by Mahornica - verified purchaser Got my bike yesterday straight from the shop and did my first 100 kilometre ride.I was very impressed with the handling and comfort of the Omeo. I used to struggle with the hills but now is a breeze. The accuracy of the Ultegra shifting and the brake handling is beautiful. The bike is very light and quite fast.100% happy with my purchase.
| 30/8/2014 11:18 AM Cell Omeo 1.0 by Neil - verified purchaser Excellent value and excellent performance. I have now ridden my Omeo 1.0 over 2500 kilometers. It has so far been absolutely fault free requiring nothing more than oiling the chain and one puncture repair.I was riding a Specialized before this that cost $1000 more and it had absolutely woeful spec in comparison to the Cell. It also suffered a number of warranty issues that were handled poorly to compound the problems. The Cell is also stiffer and way more comfortable than the Specialized.Look at this bike objectively, you can not beat this bike for spec, weight and performance, or go pay thousands more to get the same spec and performance just to get a different name on the down tube.
| 13/6/2014 4:50 PM A good bike, excellent value by Juan Great bike with everything set to go and no need for any adjustment. Easy to assemble. The Ultegra 11 speed cassette and the compact crankset give you excellent spread of gearing. Good looking bike
| 13/6/2014 4:50 PM A true race deamon! by Milan I'm a tall rider (195cm) so I went for the XL size. At first I thought I made a mistake, but the bikes compact design fits well. I ended up upgrading the seat post to a SL-K 400mm to give me extra height. It now fits perfectly! The Omeo 1.0 is extremely light. The components are smooth and the bike arrived all tuned. All I had to do was assemble a few parts with the torque wrench. Before buying the Omeo I tried the more expensive bikes eg, cannondale, specialized and can honestly say the Omeo out performs the two more expensive brands. The bike is very stiff and responsive, yet absorbs the road bumps and vibrations well. I've ridden the bike on 80km+ rides and haven't had an issue with comfort. The ultegra groupset is spot on with crisp gear changes. Overall, an amazing value for money bike. Would buy again if I had the time again.
| 13/6/2014 4:50 PM Bang for Buck and so much more by Pedalling Plumber This is my first roadie and I couldn't be happier. At 30, I was a little concerned about lower back soreness but no issues here. I spent the time to set it up properly and the result is comfort and efficiency. The roads are rough in my town but the only rattle comes from my front light and the frame irons out the roads as well as can be expected. At this price point it just doesn't get much better.Cheers,Dave S.
| 13/6/2014 4:50 PM A very happy purchase by Higgalls The Omeo is a great bike. Smooth lines, light in weight due to its full carbon fibre construction, and a great solid bike. With full Shimano Ultegra, it is definitely a good road bike to have. This is my first road bike and I couldn't be happier.
| 13/6/2014 4:50 PM The daily commute by Northern beaches rider - verified purchaser I use this bike for a 55 km daily commute. It is light, beautifully balanced and makes the k's feel easy. Ultegra groupset does as it says on the tin. Could not expect more bang for the buck than this bike.

| 13/6/2014 4:50 PM Definately time for that upgrade by BJD - verified purchaser I love this bike. I was weighing up whether to upgrade and I am so happy that I did. I am riding a heap faster, more comfortably and longer distances. All for a price that even my Wife was impressed with.
| 13/6/2014 4:50 PM exceeded expectations by LanzoMonster - verified purchaser Great bike at a great price with a few innovative features. Phone service was great and delivery and packing were excellent. No complaints at all.
| 13/6/2014 4:50 PM Good value. by Ian the Punter - verified purchaser I've only put around 400km on the Omeo 1.0 with the longest ride being about 115km, so it's still early days......I bought the Omeo 1.0 after looking extensively at all my options for an entry level, full carbon road bike.I went with the Omeo over known brands based on the price for the spec level - saving $1200-2000 over similar offerings. As a mountain biker, who commutes to work occasionally and does some road miles for training and a bit of fun, I just wanted something fairly cheap but with decent spec. The Omeo rides well and feels much smoother than my alloy road bike on rough roads.Although the Omeo is 2-3kg lighter than my alloy, it is not hugely faster but does feel nicer. The Ultegra brakes are awesome.I'm 180cm (5'10') and went with the M/L or 55cm (although when purchasing the drop down menu says 54cm, it is 55cm) and it feels about right. It feels fine so far, but I haven't ridden much over 3hrs yet.I did a hill climbing sessions last week and it felt great going up when really hammering the pedals.I had a few issues with the initial build;- The H and L limits on the gears were way out and I had to reset everything including cables front and rear.- The front wheel was out of true out of the box and vibrated under braking (I haven't touched it and will get my LBS to sort it).- The blade spokes were twisted front and rear (again, I haven't touched it and will leave it to the LBS).- The BB started creaking after 200km - I had to remove the cranks and grease it up and also tighten the chainring bolts.Overall, I'm happy with the bike - especially for the price.A bit more attention to detail during the initial build would be appreciated.
